A/C Quality Services Solutions provides HVAC installation, replacement, maintenance, air duct cleaning, and indoor air quality services to residential and commercial clients in Port Saint Lucie, Florida and surrounding areas.
By requesting a quote or scheduling service with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided — whether by phone, email, or through our website form — are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if on-site conditions differ materially from what was described. Any changes to the quoted scope will be communicated and approved before additional work proceeds.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
Payment
Payment terms are provided at the time of service agreement. For installation jobs, a deposit may be required to secure scheduling and order equipment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of scheduling.
Manufacturer Warranty
All new HVAC system installations include a 10-year manufacturer warranty on parts and the compressor, as provided by the equipment manufacturer. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or failure to maintain the system
- Damage caused by power surges, floods, or other external events
- Normal wear and tear
- Work performed by unauthorized third parties after installation
Warranty claims must be directed to A/C Quality Services Solutions directly. We will coordinate the claim process with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Workmanship
We stand behind our installation and service work. If you experience an issue directly related to our workmanship within 90 days of service completion, we will return to assess and correct the issue at no additional charge.
This workmanship guarantee does not apply to issues caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: pre-existing electrical conditions, structural issues, extreme weather events, or equipment misuse.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Same-day cancellations may result in a service call fee at our discretion.
If equipment has already been ordered for your job, deposit amounts may be non-refundable to cover restocking or special-order costs.
Access and Site Conditions
The client is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the work area and that the site is safe for our technicians. We reserve the right to delay or decline work if conditions pose a safety risk, and will communicate any concerns clearly.
Limitation of Liability
A/C Quality Services Solutions' liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from HVAC system failure or delays in service.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.
